10K Training Group Spring'20, Salt Lake Running Company, Tuesday, 21. January 2020

You know you can go out for a short 20-30 minute run, but maybe you're not ready for or interested in a half marathon type of plan. This group is perfect for you! You get to come and experience all kinds of fun, but challenging speed and endurance workouts to help you increase fitness, stay motivated and make friends. This group will help you enjoy making running part of your fitness habit. You will do a 45-50 minute run workout followed by 10-15 minutes of core work at each session. Free SLRC tee included for 1st timers

Tues and Thurs @ 5:30 pm @ Salt Lake Running Co 700 east location, liberty and sugarhouse park
