Methods to Mindfulness
FREE Chair Massages by MOVE from 11:30 - 1:00 -  Come, de-stress and relax in the middle of your day.    
12:00 - 1:00 -  LEARN different apporaches to Mastering Mindfulness, releasing stress, and feeling better.  
Join 3 professionals who teach and model mindfulness in their personal and professional lives as they share a variety of approaches to mindfulness and the vast benefits for body, health, mind, and emotions.
Participants will learn several different ways to begin or enhance a pracitce of mindfulness.  You will hear how others have benefited and grown in their practice and some of the results to be gained.  
You will learn the do's and don'ts and be guided through several different styles.  Active participation and Q & A session.
