* Remaining balance is split equally over remaining months up to final payment date, and are due monthly. 1st payment is due JULY 2019!!!!!! (giving you 8 months to pay). FINAL PAYMENT is February 2020!!!!! Payments will be done by invoice. Invoices will be sent automatically the 1st of each month. Payment will be due NO LATER THAN THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH BY 8PM EST!!!!!!!!!! IF YOUR PAYMENT IS MADE AFTER THAT YOU WILL INCUR A 25.00 LATE THAT WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR NEXT INVOICE!! * If you wish to make payments outside of your monthly invoices you may do so at any time in any amount by Email ONLY (info@ email your amount along with the date you want to pay) to receive a invoice. DO this at least 72 hours before the expected date you wish to pay.

* Final balance due by 2/29/2020.

 PLEASE NOTE: Carnival will tell us when the party will be. WE DO NOT KNOW THIS AHEAD OF TIME. we can find out the 1st day on-board or the 2nd day even. Carnival handles this, NOT iROCK ELITE TRAVEL!!!!!!!!!!
* All payments made towards this package is NON-REFUNDABLE (unless you have Vacation Protection)and  NON-TRANSFERABLE. Name changes are allowed up to 60 days prior to departure. Carnival charges a Deposit amount for name changes/guest change. 
* A service processing fee will be assessed by eventbrite and applied to all deposits. This fee must be paid in addition to your deposit and does not come off your balance.
*Monthly payments are due by the by the end of each month by 10:00pm EST. Late payments without proper notice and approval WILL incur a $25 late fee. Once a late fee is assessed, your invoice will be adjusted and the late fee MUST be paid with your next monthly payment. Failure to pay your invoice with late fee will result in cancellation and all funds will be forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS!
* Payments MUST be submitted monthly to keep your reservation active. One non-payment or Two late payments without proper notification WILL result in cancellation of your reservation and ALL funds paid Will be forfeited.
* All cabinmates must book within the same package. If a cancellation should occur that changes the cabin occupancy, the remaining occupant(s) will be responsible/required to pay the new occupancy rate. (ex. If you book a double occupancy room and one cabinmate cancels, the remaining cabinmate will be required to pay the double occupancy rate). 
* Reservations that are not paid in FULL by final due date will be assessed a $75 late fee. If the payment is not made within 48 hours, the reservation will be canceled and ALL funds paid will be forfeited. 
* If vacation protection was purchased you may receive a % refund. This will depend on reason for refund and when the refund is requested. (Hospitalization with proof you were/will be admitted into a hospital,NOT EMERGENCY VISIT, Death of immediate family member with proof- spouse, children, mother/father grandparents ONLY). Date refund is requested will be matched to sail date if it is 90 days to sail the only refund that will be given is sales tax ONLY!!!!!!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!  ALL refunds approved can take up to 30 business days. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!
