Applied ******* Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) is for adults who want to be able to provide ******* first aid. Shown by major studies to significantly reduce suicidality, the ASIST model teaches effective intervention skills while helping to build ******* prevention networks in the community.



Each ASIST workshop shares many core features that make up the LivingWorks international standard. Here is what you can expect at your ASIST training:


ASIST is held over two consecutive days for a total of 15 hours.
Local resources are provided and their availability in the community is discussed.


Participants also receive a certificate upon completing the workshop.


This training requires that participants are present from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM for both full days of the training. 


CEUs are available for $60; this information will be provided on Day 2 of the workshop.
