Atlanta Real Estate Tour: Northeast, East Lake Transit Station, Sunday, 28. April 2019

This 4-hour “caravan” tour is open to anyone who is interested in buying or investing in Atlanta real estate in 2019. The focus will be on up and coming areas that will be positively impacted by transformative developments. These are major projects (commercial / residential / infrastructure / transit) that are under construction or planned throughout the city. The goal is to help you identify lesser-known neighborhoods where upside potential still exists. We will go to (as Gretzky would say) “where the puck is going to be.”
We will be exploring the entire city — from the downtown core out to I-285, in all directions. This tour, which will focus on the NE sector (see below) was designed and will be led by Steve Saenz from ExploreATL Tours.

“Caravan” means that tour participants will drive their own vehicles. This provides you with more flexibility and allows you to get to know the areas we will be exploring better. This is important because you will want to revisit these neighborhoods after the tour. As a participant, you will gain access to an interactive map of the tour route (see below).
To provide personalized attention, each tour is limited to six (6) vehicles. Each vehicle is limited to four (4) guests, including the driver. So, 24 people total. If you have a larger group, please consider our private tours.
All vehicles will be connected by a special app that allows the tour guide to communicate with all the guests (and vice versa) while driving from one location to another. Drivers will receive instructions on how to use the special app.
We will make at least ten (10) stops. These include neighborhoods, transformative developments, parks, trails, infrastructure projects, transit stations, etc.
There will be an optional get-together after the tour. Location will be provided to tour guests. Food and beverages are not included in the tour price.
These tours will be offered monthly, starting February 2019. There will be four different tour sectors — NW, SE, SW, NW (see below). Tours will vary, even within the same sector.
The more tours you participate on, the more you save (see below).
Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE but they are transferrable. That is, you can let another driver use your ticket(s) if something comes up and you can't participate.

Build Wealth — the singular focus here it to uncover opportunities to build wealth. You will gain insights that will enable you to make more informed decisions about when and where to invest.
High ROI — those who have purchased properties as a result of our previous tours have enjoyed ROIs of 50-100% in one year.
Empowerment — you will receive an interactive map of the tour so that you can retrace or route later. You will also learn what to look for when exploring the city on your own or with your real estate professional.
Connections — you will meet like-minded individuals such as builders, investors, lenders, realtors to name a few.

NE — east of 400 and north of I-20
SE — south of I-20 and east of I-75
SW — west of I-75 and south of I-20
NW — north of I-20 and west of 400

(*) These are general boundaries and may be modified slightly. We will be exploring the entire city from the downtown core out to I-285. Tours will vary, even within the same sector.

$400 per vehicle (maximum = 4 people per vehicle, including the driver)
You earn a 10% discount for each tour you participate in up to 50%. So, your second tour would be $360. Your sixth and all subsequent tours would be $200.
