B.O.U.N.C.E. is a 6-week workgroup beginning on November 6 - December 18 that provides you with practical tools and tactics to overcome pressure. Practicing building resiliency during the holidays is the time you need it most!  
B.O.U.N.C.E. Back from Setbacks (Part 1) is a group coaching program. Robin shares the key components that build resiliency and helps people overcome adversity and stress.  This interactive and fun workshop will discuss the six elements of B.O.U.N.C.E.:  Belief, Optimism, Understanding Self, Nurturing Connections, Compassion, and Efficacy.   Easy to use tools are provided for each. It's not necessary to have attended the first part.

WHAT KIND OF COACHING WILL I GET?
Robin Lavitch will coach you weekly during the group workshop. Each session is specifically designed to enhance your insight into resiliency and provide the opportunity to practice strengthening your skills.
WHAT MAKES THIS PROGRAM SO EFFECTIVE?
B.O.U.N.C.E. is an evidence-based program developed from the scientific research of human development and positive psychology.  Activities are geared towards enhancing the knowledge and skills to build your resiliency muscles.  Since groups are small and focused, participants receive the attention and focus required to establish new habits and grow.
HOW MUCH TIME WILL THIS TAKE?
The program occurs over 6 weeks.  Each week a workgroup lasting 75 minutes will cover a key aspect of resiliency.  The workgroups are structured with three sections: (a) insight – education on the key aspect (b) inspiration- stories and examples; and (c) implementation- practicing the skills and applying the techniques.  Activities will be assigned as ‘ownwork’ throughout the week in preparation for the next workgroup.  
WHAT IS THE PROGRAM INVESTMENT?
The total cost of the program is only $510 (only $85 per class) or get a 10% discount for paying in full. Registering for the first class at $85 secures your seat.  The remainder of the fee is invoiced every three weeks ($85 start ofthe class) and then $170 for 2 additional payments.  Registration secures your seat for the entire 6-week class. 
WHAT IF A MISS A CLASS?
Although each class builds upon the rest, they are independent.  Whether you miss a class or not, you’ll have access to the materials and activities so you can stay on track.  All sessions will also be recorded.   You are billed  for all the sessions even if you miss since your seat is reserved specifically for you and there are a limited number of participants.
CAN I DO THE PROGRAM WITH A FRIEND, FAMILY MEMBER OR CO-WORKER?
Yes, you can invite anyone you’d like to register as a participant.  Please contact me at Robin@ you’d like to coordinate a private group with just your friends, family members, and/or co-workers.  The maximum size of the group is 10 participants.  
DO I GET MATERIALS?
Yes.  The program includes an activity workbook that contains the educational materials of the  topics and specific activities that you can reference repeatedly.  There is bonus material also that can be completed during the program or at a later time to reinforce your development.
ARE THERE PARKING OPTIONS?
There is guest parking available for participants.  Upon registration, details will be forwarded.
