Bedtime Community Yoga at Sleep Bedder, Sleep Bedder, Thursday, 24. May 2018

This weekly (Thursday 7:30pm) class is an intimate, all-levels appropriate (beginner friendly) yoga asana session with extra focus on a healthy back and calm nervous system. Led by Sonia in gentle, slow flow vinyasa format composed of mostly sitting and lying postures also includes reiki & hands-on adjustments.
