When starting, continuing and even endidng a year long endeavor there may be a series of ups and downs along the way. Prepare for what is ahead and rise in grace with a home Yoga practice that can help you to let go of stress and increase relaxation and happiness which ultimately increases your confidence and voila! Every workshop starts with a yummy Yoga flow that gets progressively intense as the weeks go by.  After the informative and stress releasing yoga practice you will engage in special activites for self-development while connecting Yoga and mindfulness to everyday life and goal achievement.  Special guests, Nicola Uatuva and Dr. Henry Gregory will present best practices and philosophies on nutrition and meditaion. You do not want to miss the wealth of knowledge and wisdom they have to share!
