Charleston Oyster Festival – ​Oysters served raw, grilled, roasted and fried. Chef John Tomlin presents a variety of local, Gulf and East Coast oysters prepared in nearly every way imaginable – on the half shell, grilled, roasted, fried, in gumbo and more! With other offerings including Creole BBQ shrimp, Shrimp Po’Boys,  and Crispy Spiced Pommes Frites the beautiful bivalves will be enjoyed with perfect accompaniments. Also, ****** Mary Bars featuring CHARLESTON ****** MARY MIX , mineral water by TOPO CHICO, specialty cocktails by TITO’S VODKA, premium wine selections from FAVORITE BRANDS, and craft beers including selections from ABITA SPRINGS BREWERY will round out the extensive beverage menu. Don’t worry you non-oyster eaters. The festival has your typical but delicious continental fair. Highlights will include live music on the main stage, wine, a selection of domestic and imported beers, a Children’s Area and a “Food Court” showcasing a variety of local favorite restaurants to satisfy everyone’s taste. Alongside delicious seafood accompaniments, ****** Marys, beer, wine and a side of live local music General Admission – Free in advance and $20 at the gate. Children 10 and under are free with a paying *****. Includes entry into event.  The general admission ticket grants you access into the festival. Once inside, you purchase food & beverage tickets separately. VIP – $100 (thru Oct. 1) $125 (starting Oct. 1) – frequently sell out, so encouraged to buy in advance. Includes admission into the event as well as the VIP area. VIP has its own supply of unlimited food (including oysters) and beverages under the tent. Food not within the VIP not included and can be purchased separately.
