Cultivating Peace and Joy - for experienced meditators - Herndon, VA, Health Advantage Yoga Center, Sunday, 07. April 2019

Are you looking for ways to refresh, deepen, and broaden your mindfulness practice, while enriching your life?  If so, you might like to join us for a 6-week course in “Cultivating Peace and Joy."  We will be diving deeply into heart-focused qualities and practices that are known to lead to greater ease, balance and happiness. Key topics include gratitude, lovingkindness, compassion for oneself and others, forgiveness, empathic joy, and equanimity. This course was designed for graduates of MBSR and other experienced meditators who already have a foundation in mindfulness practices.
There are six weekly classes, each 2.5 hours long, which allows time for practice, reflection, and dialogue as we explore ways to live with a greater sense of peace and joy.
SCHEDULE:  Sunday evenings 


6 Weekly Classes, 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM: Apr. 7, 14, 28, May 5, 12, and 19.  There will not be class on Apr. 21.


LOGISTICS / REGISTRATION 

Tuition:  $285 includes all course material, home practice, and class time.
Course Location: Health Advantage Yoga Center, 1041 Sterling Rd., Herndon, VA
To Register:  Please submit a $25 deposit to hold your space in the course via Eventbrite.  This amount is non-refundable and will be applied to the tuition, which is due in full at the first class.
