Ride & Core!! Its not too late to get your summer body. We are adding a new class format: 45 minutes cycle class followed by 15 min ab/core workout EVERY THURSDAY from 6:30 - 7:30pm.
This format is designed to burn maximum calories while having fun. SPACE IS LIMITED. Reserve your spot today!
