Dining at Dusk by Senior Health Services, Springfield Hospital, Thursday, 20. June 2019

Dining at Dusk is a great opportunity to learn about a number of health conditions such as Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), eye care, sleep disorders, diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, Degenerative Joint Disease (DJD), Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), and more. While you learn about these interesting and relevant topics, you can also enjoy a tasty meal. The program is presented by the Crozer-Keystone’s Senior Health Services Department.
In addition to being good for your mind, health and appetite, Dining at Dusk is also a great way to socialize, meet new people and make new friends.
There is no charge to attend the lecture and free parking is included, however, there is a $6.00 charge for the meal, payable at the event. Each Dining at Dusk event is head in Cafe Carl at Springfield Hospital.
Registration is required. Complete and submit the online registration form or call 1-800-254-3258. Early registration is recommended.
