Speaker Bios: Sara Schiffer Director, Quality Assurance, Certified Professional Coach




Sara Schiffer initially pursued her CPA and a life in Big Four Accounting and then transitioned into leadership coaching and training to help herself and others pursue joy at work. Sara, who has been meditating for over 25 years, has found that it helps bring more happiness to all aspects of life, from calming down before a heated meeting to transforming relationships to facing the big questions that **** us all. 




Zelma Pierce Chamberlain M.Ed is a retired educator. 
With over 20+ years of experience working with a non-traditional population, Zelma has found that meditation is key to living a life of peace and love. Coping with stressful situations is not easy however meditation allows her the opportunity to navigate life’s challenges with grace, knowing that all is provided under the protection of the Supreme Power within. Many have found her workshops direct, engaging and resonating with practical experiences that are enjoyed by all.
Helena Toro, M.S., Sustainability Engineering
Helena is a Sustainability Manager and Industrial Engineer with 12+ years of experience in business consulting and facilities and sustainability management in North America, Latin America, and Asia.  She is focused on helping companies measure and improve their business practices by greening infrastructure and operations, engaging internal and external stakeholders, and planning and executing projects in a fast-paced environment. She is a meditation practitioner and shares her experiences via workshops and retreats in many parts of the US.
FAQs 
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
No. This form of meditation can be done by any one - from 8 to 80 years!  Generally, recommended for kids 8+ years or older 
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
NJ Transit Perth Amboy train station is a 10-12 minute walk to the meditation center.
What can I bring into the event?
Nothing! No yoga mats, no postures required.  Just your presence.
