MEETINGS SCHEDULE Zoom Meetings Schedule The room will be open 15 minutes before we go LIVE. Please make sure you have your ZOOM software set up and ready to go see our help guide. We recommend getting in the room 5 minutes before we go on air. When the meeting starts it will be broadcast on YouTube LIVE. Our goal is to provide an hour of interactive, supportive business networking for decision makers online. Time of meeting – Wednesday 9:30 – 10:30 am JOIN Format Our format is original and unique, what we offer is one of a kind. Our main point of difference is, members get to talk for 5 minutes each in a virtual room of up to six. This is where we get our name from. The facilitator will be asking impromptu questions to keep the meeting interactive. Welcome (5 minutes) – Agenda- Announcements- Etiquette Open Talk (20-25 minutes) – Topic- Question- Gratitude Focus Person (5-10 minutes) – Presentation Table Talk (30 minutes) – Groups of up to SIX Meetings will run for 60 mins. Members get to talk for 5 minutes each in a group of up to 6 in one of our Breakout Rooms. All attendees must agree to our Terms of Service.
