Equilibrium: Yoga for Anxiety, LOTUS POINT WELLNESS, Saturday, 26. January 2019

This thing we call life, can be stressful. Whether we worry about finances, health, career or our families, some level of anxiety is a normal part of the human experience. But for some, the anxiety goes deeper becoming the body’s response to anticipated future fears or perhaps it is one’s biological predisposition. Anxiety can slow us down or even become debilitating.
Yoga is the practice of becoming present in this moment. When we are able to be present, we create a state of emotional balance and calm…Equilibrium. In this yoga series, you will learn yoga techniques such as poses, breath practices, meditation and relaxation to help you better manage stress and anxiety in your daily life. This series is open to all practitioner levels.
