About this Event
This half-day workshop is one of six in a series across one school year designed to give Headteachers, HR personnel and any staff with line management responsibility practical skills and knowledge to lead staff and school systems effectively.
As we move into the new calendar year, we are entering what is known as the ‘blue months’. Leading up to the Christmas break there has been lots going on and education settings have a real buzz about them; but as staff return to work in January it is essential that we ensure that there is energy and enthusiasm in the workplace which will radiate out to the children.
In this workshop, Leaders will learn how Employee Engagement can be measured and what they can do to avoid disengagement.
