Farro, Mushroom, Red Grape & Tuscan Kale Salad Evening with Personal Chef Alan, LEANING LADDER, Friday, 09. August 2019

Summer months dictate lighter fare. The entrée will be a Farro, mushroom, red grape, Tuscan Kale salad with crumbled Gorgonzola cheese dressed with a vinaigrette made with Leaning Ladders oils and vinegars. 
We will start with our meal with mini shrimp cakes topped with a dollop of spicy sriracha aioli.
Following the farro salad, the chef will serve a refreshing dessert made with sliced fresh strawberries macerated with Leaning Ladder Sicilian Lemon Balsamic vinegar and sugar served over vanilla ice cream, topped with a Marsala wine reduction syrup and garnished with crushed Amoretti cookies.
