Do you want to feel more confident in the kitchen and learn how to make healthy foods that will fuel your body the right way?
Join me in the kitchen for a fun, informative and hands-on cooking class! Menus are designed around fresh, seasonal ingredients and simple recipes that even the beginner home cook will feel comfortable making.
You will be able to enjoy a three-course dinner the night of the cooking class, as well as take home breakfast and lunch for the next day!
Feel free to bring your own wine to enjoy during class.

Morrocan-Spiced Quinoa Cauliflower Burgers

Blackberry and Peach Cobbler with Vanilla Coconut Whipped Cream
Spaces are limited and are filled on a first come, first serve basis. 
Refund policy: If for any reason you need to cancel one week prior to class, you will either receive a class credit or a full refund. If you cancel within the week of class, there will be no refund, unless your spot is filled by someone on the waiting list. We apologize for any incovenience, however, the recipes have been confirmed and supplies have been bought by this time. We would be happy to send you the recipes from the class missed upon request.
