Our Flavors of Mediterranean Cuisine is one of our popular classes due in part because the flavors are rich and there are so many health benefits for people choosing a Mediterranean diet.  It is a diet traditionally followed in Greece, Crete, southern France, and parts of Italy that emphasizes fruits and vegetables, nuts, grains, olive oil and grilled or steamed chicken and seafood, with moderate amounts of wine and red meat. This collection features delicious and nourishing recipes that evoke the essence of the Mediterranean region while helping you work your way toward optimal health.
