What is financial capability coaching?Coaching is a collaborative, solutions-focused, goal-oriented model of building financial capability that goes beyond just giving people financial information.
We define coaching as “…a process by which people determine their financial goals and the pathways and tools they need to achieve these goals. Coaching recognises that people are experts in their own lives and the outcomes they are seeking. Through the coaching process, people maintain ownership of their goals to create sustainable change and greater self-determination.”
