Saturday Pitmaster Showcase Event June 27, 2020 — 11:00am-4:00pm We will welcome nationally-recognized Pitmasters from the four corners of the United States as they gather in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, to showcase the best of American barbecue. Using the large, custom-built culinary equipment that Settlers Creek is known for in the Pacific Northwest, Pitmasters from around the nation will feature premium proteins and specialty side dishes at each of their individual stations at the event — try different flavor profiles of brisket, whole hog, wings, salmon, turkey, pastrami, ribs and more! In addition to the pitmaster stations for sampling the various barbeque styles and accompaniments, the event will also feature area culinarians leading “application stations” where guests can discover other ways to put these primal cuts of smoked and fired foods to work in their home menu planning. Regional craft beers and wines will be included from regional producers, Informational sessions with our culinary guests, as well as fun family activities and entertainment throughout the event. Ticket pricing for Saturday Pitmaster Showcase Event: $50.00 ***** ticket (ages 13 and up), includes full food access, non-alcoholic beverages and shuttle ticket$25.00 Youth ticket (ages 5-12 yrs old), includes full food access, non-alcoholic beverages and shuttle ticket$140.00 Family ticket package (includes 2 ***** and 2 youth tickets, four shuttle tickets) All tickets for Saturday include round trip shuttle ticket from downtown Coeur d’Alene, as no onsite parking is available on Saturday. THANK YOU TO OUR 2020 SPONSORS: FAQs Will tickets be available at the gate? At this time, the event is expected to full sell out before the event date. No onsite ticket sales are expected. Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? All ages are welcome throughout the event — guests with beer/wine tickets or purchases must show valid identification to verify they are 21 years of age or older. What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? Getting to the Pitmaster Showcase Event in 2020: All tickets for Saturday include round trip shuttle ticket from downtown Coeur d’Alene, as no onsite parking is available on Saturday. Shuttle service still available for the short ride from downtown Coeur d’Alene. You can meet the shuttle for the all day loop service for the event in downtown Coeur d’Alene on the north side of the new parking garage on 3rd & Coeur d’Alene Avenue. Additional parking options and rates can be found on the City of Coeur d’Alene website. Event shuttles will run from 10:45am-4:30pm. You are allowed to arrive by drop-off at the gate (carpool, rideshare, cab, etc.), our staff will be there to assist your driver with u-turn instructions. What can I bring into the event? Refunds are available with advance notice until 7 days prior to the event. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Parking passes must be printed and presented at the driveway staff check-point for access to the event. You can print and bring your event admission ticket to the event or have the ticket available on your phone.
