Grand Prairie, Texas: International HACCP Alliance Certificate Training, 860 Greenview Drive, Tuesday, 16. June 2020

Join the Food Safety Doctor LLC in the state of the art facilities of Analytical Food Laboatories (AFL) for a 2.5 day International HACCP Alliance HACCP/PCQI Certificate of Training
During this 20-hour session, participants will gain an understanding of how to develop a HACCP food safety plan based on the seven principles of HACCP while using the Hazard Analysis and Risk-Based Preventive Controls methodology required under the United States Food and Drugs Administration’s (FDA) Food Safety Modernization Act (U.S-FSMA). While this course will focus primarly on the seven principles of HACCP, emphasis will also be given comparing traditional HACCP plans to FDA mandated Food Safety Plans.
Although this course does not contain the same material as the FDA regognized FSPCA training, this course offers an alternative method to receive Preventive Controls Qualified Individuals (PCQI) training.
