My name is Walter Alomar. I am the President of OCHO. We are a nonprofit organization that provides cultural, educational, and mental health services to the community. We are creating a monument for the 4,645 victims of Hurricane Maria and Irma in Puerto Rico.We will have a monument in NYC and one in Puerto Rico.
