We are thrilled to present Inclusion Experience Project 2: Building Resilience in Leadership: An Experience designed for leadersResilience in Leadership is giving growing companies a competitive edge in today’s global economy. So, what does Resilience in Leadership mean, exactly? As diversity in the workplace continues to grow, leaders like you, are being challenged to expand their point of view, broaden their range of rules and tools of engagement, and exercise a heightened level of consciousness in their strategic decision-making. This Inclusion Experience will provide leaders with expert guidance, a safe learning environment and the practical tools they need to build their resilience in leadership. This Inclusion Experience is for any leader interested in learning and applying inclusive behaviors that build resilience in the workplace. IXP2 will cover the following topics:
