In this class, we’ll discuss cooking frozen meats under pressure while we make and eat Creamy Chicken & Wild Rice Soup. Handout includes tips for how to prepare larger cuts so that they are ready to go direct from freezer to Instant Pot. If you would like to take home a sample, please bring a small jar or heat-proof container.
