Intro to Oysters at Coastal Seafoods

Join us for our very popular and special oyster class! Learn the ins and outs of oyster shucking, condiment pairing, and a multitude of other oyster facts. In addition to learning how to shuck, we work to teach you to recognize the flavor differences between East & West Coast oyster varieties. We’ll also walk you through the best ways to approach cooking oysters in several different classic dishes like Oysters Rockefeller, Oyster Po-boy, and Oyster Stew. This class also includes a free take-home oyster knife for all your upcoming shucking needs! Classes are subject to cancelation. Minimum of 12 participants required in order to hold classes.
