Recent understanding of the negative health impacts of chronic stress has led to widespread research showing that mindfulness practices play a significant role in not only coping with stress but improving our overall health.Get ready to enjoy a sound bath, a gentle, yet powerful, experience for the mind and body. The sounds are created by a variety of instruments, including crystal singing bowls, chimes, and voice. The aim is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore and join us!. Our special guest, Anna Pigotti, 500 hours Yoga & sound healing teacher will lead 2 sessions of breathing and mindfulness techniques. Invest in yourself and take this time to breathe !Light & Love.
