Introduction to Qigong on Wisconsin Ave. (GU Faculty & Staff Only), Georgetown University, Tuesday, 29. January 2019

You are invited to this introduction to qigong – the ancient healing art that combines gentle movement, deep breathing and meditation.
Through the integration of posture, body movements, breathing, and focused intention, this mind-body practice enhances vitality and calmness to reduce stress levels so you are more reslient personally and professionally! You will learn simple qigong movements to aid in relaxation and centering, and to increase your flexibility, balance, and body awareness, to incorporate qigong into a simple self-care practice to help facilitate physical, emotional and spiritual benefits. All fitness levels are welcome. Free for faculty and staff. Led by Instructor Ann Duvall.
