Kicktopia Sneaker Convention 2019, Lorain County Community College, Sunday, 04. August 2019

ABOUT:
This is the second show of the Kicktopia Sneaker Convention to be held in Lorain County. This event is held to benefit the non-profit organization, The LCADA Way, who is one of the few organizations in Lorain County and Medina County that is on the ground-level fighting the opioid epidemic.  They offer programs and services to men and women of all ages focused on helping them combat their addictions.

25 + vendors selling the hottest sneakers and streetwear clothing
and more!

This event will be a BUY/SELL/TRADE event. So feel free to bring cash and some of your shoes to participate as you please.

RULES:
Please follow the rules below to ensure this event is safe and a good time for everyone involved. Any violation of the rules below may lead to removal from event without a refund: 


If you do not have a vendor table you are allowed to bring in up to FIVE (5) pairs of shoes total. The first two shoes are free and any additional pairs will be a $2 charge per pair.


There is no selling shoes/merchandise with your setup on the ground. You must have a table or be able to carry your items in your hands. Anyone seen selling merchandise off the ground will be asked to pick up their merchandise and/or leave.


Vendors selling food and/or drinks within the venue is strictly prohibited. We will be having food trucks outside where food and drinks can be purchased.


Absolutely no outside food or drink will be allowed inside of the conference center.  Those that purchase food from the food trucks must remain outside until done eating.  If caught bringing in food, then you will be asked to go outside. This is to ensure there are no accidents, or spills, on shoes or other merchandise being sold.


There is a zero tolerance policy for fake/un-authentic merchandise. All shoes and merchandise being sold are expected to be 100% authentic and not fakes and/or variants of any kind. If you are found selling un-authentic merchandise at the event, you will be removed from the event and you will not be refunded for your ticket or table purchases.


Kicktopia volunteers, Lorain County Community College, or any other affiliation with the event will not be responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property. Please watch your items at all times and please do not leave your vendor tables unattended at any time.


ALL ticket sales are final. No refunds will be given.

Vendor tables are

1 for $50
2 for $90
or 3 for $120 

A vendor table purchase will come with a 6-foot table, a black table cover, 2 chairs and 2 total tickets to Kicktopia. (If you buy 2 or 3 tables, vendor will still only be provided 2 chairs and 2 total tickets)
Doors will open for vendors to begin setting up at 11:00am. All vendors are expected to be set-up and ready for when the doors open at 1:00pm. For any more information contact us via email: kicktopia2018@gmail.com
