Scott Heaberlin is an architect in the corporate IT division of BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina. He is responsible for design oversight of ITIL and DevSecOps enabling tools, systems and services supporting over 2,500 IT practitioners across wholly owned subsidiaries of BCBSSC nation-wide. He has 20 years of IT and consulting experience with roots in software engineering. Scott was an early internal advocate forAgile, open source, and DevOps thinking and was a 2008 independent signatory of the Agile Manifesto itself.
