Get Ready for Labor This one-day class is designed to help the expectant mom and her birth partner understand the process of labor and delivery, role of the support person, pain management options and the possibility of cesarean birth. Get Ready for Labor focuses on the process of labor and birth, analgesia options, unplanned Cesarean birth, postpartum and immediate baby care. A tour of the Labor & Delivery and Postpartum Units is included. This is a one day course offered on Saturdays. All classes are held in the Childbirth Education Classroom.
