Leading Teams and Building Capacity

**Payment by credit card or purchase order.** Workshop Description In this workshop, participants will explore best practices for leading teams. We’ll create a shared definition of leadership and consider what it looks like to build leadership capacity among staff. Participants will rotate through several stations that have them 1) consider how to craft the scope and sequence for the teams they lead, 2) set team and student achievement goals, 3) review best practices for working with ***** learners, and 4) how to manage aspects like overcoming resistance to crafting effective agendas. Participants will leave with concrete next steps for working with their teams to improve student achievement.
