It has been known for centuries in meditative traditions, and now widely accepted in Western culture, that the sustained practice of mindfulness meditation can have profound healing and transformative effects on one’s life.  Dr. Mark Abrams, founder of Stanford’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction programs, will teach how mindful meditation can help reduce the effects of stress and how life can be lived more fully.
