About this Event
In our busy and unpredictable world we often fill our days with 'to-do' lists, distractions and worries. We take very little time to simply 'be', to stop and to take time for ourselves, to truly notice our true essence, our true power within. We get stuck in the narrative in our heads, or in the news and can head into stress and overwhelm - I call this 'Red Mind'. If we dwell there too long we hit 'grey mind' and burn out. From a space of red/grey mind we cant effect positive change on our lives or the natural world. We can not pour from an empty cup.
I am creating a space to connect with like minded souls, to allow yourself to disconnect from that which doesn't serve you and to be kind to yourself! to reconnect with the awe of the natural world (albeit virtually) and to create space for clarity and creativity = Blue Mind!
The sessions are suitable for all levels and we will explore a theme each time. There will be some short meditations, readings and time for reflections should you chose to share (no obligation to do so).
A safe space for you to reconnect with your own wild ocean soul!
