Monday Mindfulness Meditation with Michael (Weekly Sessions)

Every Monday, 6:00 pm Instruction provided, no experience necessary. ZOOM LINK PROVIDED VIA EMAIL AT LEAST 1 HOUR BEFORE SESSION STARTS! Every Monday, we take some time to discuss meditation and then we practice together. Sessions led by Michael Hartigan, a practitioner of Tibetan Buddhism and Siddha Mahayoga. A Millvale resident with 20+ years of meditation experience, Michael has taught and led meditation at the Three Rivers Tibetan Cultural Center, Shambhala Meditation Center of Pittsburgh, and as a Buddhist Pr*son Chaplain at Allegheny County J*il. He has worked with meditation in the context of healing trauma and physical dis-ease at the Three Rivers Free Clinic For The People. Practice and discussion will be non-denominational and welcoming to anyone of any path, practice, or religion. Meditation is universal and everyone is honored and respected.
