About this Event
An overview of our journey together...
Paying attention to the images, symbols, fantasies, and myths rooted in our cultures, and in the dreams and imaginings they give rise to, can be helpful when facing circumstances for which our everyday language and habitual imaginings fail us.
In a series of six online workshops for a small closed group, we will attend to the unconscious origins and creative possibilities inherent in these cultural/personal depths.
Together we will explore the creative possibilities of working collectively with dreams, stories and imagination to help make sense of this new world of the Anthropocene Transition and its crises, and to guide our actions within this new world.
All six workshops will include interactive presentations, guided reflection, and group processes and discussions designed to facilitate the exploration of our collective engagement in liminal times of existential danger, uncertainty and creative possibilities.
Experiential processes will include somatic awareness, guided visualisation, art-making, creative writing, and working with dreams.
We anticipate a larger collective process will unfold organically through the group’s interactions over the course of the workshops. Our intention will be to support such emergence and incorporate its themes into our work together.
