If you prepare or serve food to the general public or not, at least one on-duty staff member must be certified in food safety!  Successful completion of our class and exam results in certification.
Through our ServSafe® Food Safety Managers Training and Exams, you will learn the standards for maintaining a safe and healthy food service environment including:



 Keeping food safe from food-borne illness


 Time and temperature controls


 Proper hygiene techniques


 Cross- contamination, sanitation, cleaning


 Proper work flow of food (HACCP)


 Pest control & other hazards of the operation


You will immediately take the proctored exam this same day.

COURSE PREREQUISITES!  HAVE TEXTBOOK, EXAM SHEET OR EXAM CODE AND COMPLETE 8 HOURS OF SELF-STUDY
Textbook and exam sheet or exam code not included in tuition cost.  Order your text book and exam sheet/code online at .
Note: Paper exam results are available within 2 weeks.  If you want immediate results, you must take the proctored exam online.  In that case, you must order an exam code, instead of the exam sheet, and bring your own laptop.  Wifi will be provided.  Otherwise the paper exam will be given.
Complete 8 hours of self study prior to the class and bring your ServSafe Managers text book, exam sheet/code and proper identification for admittance.
