When will the full Conference Agenda be available? The full conference agenda will be available by April 22, 2019. Are the tours included in the registration fee? Yes, but seating is limited so register as early as possible. Will the tour charter busses be handicapped accessible? Yes, we have reserved a reputable charter bus service.  Will CEUs be offered? CEUs will be offered and the total number of CEUs are being determined.  Will there be any family friendly activities offered? Yes there will be Family Friendly Eco-Tours of the Columbus Zoo, the Wilds, Blue Rock Station and the Scioto Audobon .  When will the tours be scheduled? Tours are scheduled for April 20, 2020. Chartered buses will leave the Embassy Suites Hotel at 9:00 a.m. and return by 4:00 p.m. What’s the refund policy? Refunds are allowed 30 days prior to April 20, 2020 plus a fee that is determined by the total cost of your admission ticket(s)  Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
