Completing this entire online workshop, immediately entitles one to a HUD Approved HBE Certificate. This certificate allows one to be eligible to be considered for qualifying for down payment assistance loans and grants, and specialty 1st mortgage products. Otherwise, one would not have access to these types of assistance programs. These assistance programs usually are qualifed by income and property location census tract.
