It's a playful, yet mindful practice designed to spark laughter and create positive energy.

Sessions involve laughter exercises, deep yogic breathing, rhythmic exercises and positive reinforcements. At the end, you'll experience a laughter meditation, which is a truly freeing experience. Many people finish a session feeling both energised and relaxed at the same time.

Hi! I'm Bianca Spears, a Laughter Leader and Award-winning Empowerment Coach, and am super passionte about helping others to understand how to utilise their bodies, minds, thoughts, emotions and energy to create lives and businesses that they are head over heels in love with. 

Having trained in various coaching and laughter techniques and modalities including Solution Focused, Narrative Therapy, Neurolinguistic Programming, Laughter Yoga, Laughter Wellness, Laughnosis and currently studying Quantum Play, I use a patchwork of techniques to help people to tap into their innate and intuitive wisdom, break through their limitations quickly and make confident decisions that are right for them. 

I came across Laughter Wellness about 4 years ago and since studying it in 2018, have fallen in love with how it helps people to feel good in the moment and empowers them by setting them up with the tools to create more presence, peace and playfulness in their daily lives. I can't wait for you to experience it in these sessions. 


Our session is at 10am AEST on the third Sunday of each month (This may be SATURDAY for you)

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? Comfortable clothes to move in. The brighter, the better - feel free to get fun and funky with your outfit, we are going to be PLAYING and laughing, there's no need to be serious with your clothing style, however low necklines, skirts etc. can be too revealing during some movements/exercises. 

WHAT DO I NEED?- Your ticket (first session FREE)- A phone or computer with a camera and a wifi connection

- Space to move (ideally 2m x 2m)

- Zoom (free video conferencing software) downloaded and set up ahead of time - Zoom set up details below.

- Somewhere to lie down at the end of the session



1. MOBILE - Download the Zoom (Video Conferencing) app for free in your app store

or at and set up your account

COMPUTER - no need to download

2. Just before the session, set up your computer or mobile in a space where you can see it and also have space (preferably 2x2m) to move around and also a comfortable place to sit and lie down at the very end.

3. At 10:00 AEST, click the link provided in the email (which you will receive ahead of the event) and be transported into the laughter wellness room. 

4. Once you're in, click "Join using device audio" on mobile or "Join using computer audio" on laptop/PC (otherwise you will not be able to hear anything or verbally communcate with us).
