You’ll be able to add the techniques you learn in this class to your self-care tool kit.
Claire is a student of the Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga tradition. She has studied with various longtime practitioners of the tradition, and settled into a consistent daily movement and sitting practice which she uses as the basis for her teaching postural awareness, breath awareness, concentration, and insight meditation.
