We invite you to participate in a strategic conversation about inclusion! Join NCWIT BOD member, Trish Jones, NCWIT staff and a cohort of Atlanta's top senior change leaders and technical executives for an invitation-only best practices session about retaining technical talent. The session will include first-hand guidance from technical talent about what draws them to and keeps them at an employer, an interactive discussion among executive leaders from some of Atlanta's most respected companies (The Coca-Cola Company, ***, Delta, UPS and Warner Media (Formerly Turner)) about what they are doing to retain technical talent, and an inclusion best practices toolkit table discussion.  We’ll provide an introduction to NCWIT and it's 15,000+ diverse talent pool.  Attendees will leave with strategies and tools from NCWIT’s Inclusion Toolkit about practices they can implement at their organization to improve inclusion.
