SANTA ROSA: ServSafe Food MANAGER Safety Certification #75951, Sonoma County Economic Development Board, Monday, 24. February 2020


Six-hour training followed by the ServSafe Food Safety Manager certification exam -- in one day!
Under the California State Health Code at least one person in each food service operation must be Food Manager Safety certified. Certification is recognized nationwide and is good for five years. 
This class includes:

Training 9 am to 3 pm with a break for lunch
ServSafe Foods Safety Manager exam 3 pm to 5 pm (80 questions, multiple-choice; you must pass with 75% correct to be certified)
Cost includes Study Guide, Exam, and Card. Please note that a valid photo ID is required to take the exam.

The National Registry's exam and certification are accepted in all states, including California. Certification is recognized nationwide and is good for five years. Cost includes Study Guide and the ServSafe exam for certification. Please note that a valid photo ID is required to take the exam.
