Sexual Harassment Training (SB1343), HRY Personnel Services, Tuesday, 19. February 2019

SB1343 now requires an employer who employs 5 or more employees (including temporary or seasonal employees) to provide at least 2 hours of sexual harassment training to all supervisory employees and at least one hour of sexual harassment training to all non-supervisory employees by January 1, 2020.
HRY Personnel Services will be offering the mandatory 2-hour training for $50/person. The course will take 2 hours and participants will receive a certificate at the end of the course. 
Training is advised for company owners, managers, and supervisors (leads recommended).
Yesenia Flores, the course instructor, has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. She has handled various harassment and bullying situations during her career. Her presentation is filled with real-life scenarios to help the audience understand and prevent harassment.
