SHIFT (School Culture Through College & Career Readiness), TBD, Monday, 03. June 2019

SHIFT is a collaborative training event for college and career readiness enthusiasts that focuses on topics centered around analyzing, building, and implementing effective college and career readiness (CCR) programs through an equally sustainable, positive and adaptive school culture. In the first two days, participants will learn how to “work smarter, not harder” while working through the building blocks of a thoughtful and intentional school wide college and career program. The final two days will be full of excitement as participants enjoy an interactive workshop by Seeds Training®. This workshop is focused on taking relevant theories and turning them into practical, everyday tactics for use in your CCR program.
Though this training is open to individuals, school teams are encouraged to attend together. Planning and discussion time will be built into the format of the training. Options to attend the entire training, the two day planning portion or the Seeds Training portion are available.

Learning from the
Engaging in critical collaboration
Understanding the building blocks of a quality program
Developing outcomes and measurements
Evaluating and analyzing program effectiveness
