Take a walk around award-winning Harpke Family Farm and discover the abundant healing that grows at our feet, above our heads and at eye level. Identify moringa, neseberry (aka sapodilla) mango, coconut, sour sop, sweet sop, breadfruit, edible leaves and flowers. We'll point out the indigenous Florida tomatoes and edible plants.
Observe how plants thrive in the bounty of Nature. Some in soil, some in water and some in air.

PLUS:  IS YOUR SEA MOSS REAL OR PLASTIC? Learn from Yaa ELOHIM
We are introducing (or re-introducing) you to sea moss and clarifying some of the confusion in today's sea moss market.

Yaa ELOHIM, Alkaline nutritionist - an avid sea moss user for over 40 years - will share her knowledge of sea moss and show how it can be included in our daily routines.
It's all chondus chrispus, but it is not the same! The source matters! Explore the different varieties and learn how to discern the real from the not-so-real sea moss that is flooding today's market.
