Highlights along the way include the legendary one and only «Home of Blues» aka the Devil’s music – BEALE STREET, the World Famous PEABODY HOTEL, «America’s Most Haunted Bar» – EARNESTINE & HAZEL’S, one of our city’s earliest brothels – the PONTOTOC, the Yellow Fever’s» – DEADMANS ALLEY, the site of Dr. King’s assassination – the LORRIANE MOTEL, Memphis’ only Civil War battlefield – on the mighty Mississippi.
