Talk About It Tuesday: Economic + Social Mobility in Charlotte, Harvey B. Gantt Center for African-American Arts + Culture, Tuesday, 19. February 2019

Let’s Talk About Economic + Social Mobility in Charlotte
In connection with our Welcome to Brookhill exhibition we will have a series of conversations about the themes in the work. These conversations will help us understand the context within which the Brookhill community exists.

What do economic and social mobility look like for Charlotte residents in 2019? Join panelists Alvin C. Jacobs, Jr., Gantt Center artist-in-residence; Dr. Dana McDonald, Vice President of Talent Development for Goodwill and Patrice Funderburg, Leading On Opportunity Council Member/Founder, Educate to Engage, LLC for a riveting discussion about what’s working and what’s not. Federico Rios, International and Integration Manager for the City of Charlotte and Leading On Opportunity Council Member will moderate the panel.
