Janet combines these practices with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Behavior Therapy for effective, long term change.  Janet works with clients who are experiencing behavior issues, social and academic struggles, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, significant life change, or relational issues. She specializes in working with preschoolers, young children and parents; grief, chronic illness and cancer counseling for the patient and family; and Christian counseling. Clients will benefit from learning coping strategies, stress management skills, relaxation techniques and emotional expression to promote confidence and sustainable change.
