Ellen will guide an experiential yoga meditation which will include gentle postures, breathing eplorations and easy movements. No previous experience is necessary. You are encouraged to have a mat and a cushion available as well as a chair if it is physically challenging for you to sit cross legged during the more more contemplative moemnts.
Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email. The day before the webinar you will receive another email with the zoom link and information to guide you through the process, which is very simple. You may be prompted to download Zoom to your device but you will not need to create an account unless you wish to. To optimize your webinar experience we recommend a WIRED connection if possible. If you do use a wifi connection, close all or most other devices using the signal. For mobile devices, a 3G or 4G connection is needed.
The webinar will start promptly at but Ellen will open the webinar at 15 minutes early in order to allow time for anyone unfamiliar with the platform to log in and test their settings.
The webinar will start with all attendees' mics turned off. It is preferable if you can join with your video turned on so that Ellen can see you.
